Matt Crosbie Makes Webserver Using Dexter Industries WiFi Sensor
Virtual Instruments for Dexter Industries Sensors
WASHINGTON, DC, September 14, 2011 /HiTech PR News/ -- Using a Dexter Industries WIFI sensor, Matt Crosbie an avid user of the LEGO MINDSTORMS system, announced he created a high-speed webserver.
Dexter IndustriesEUR Wifi sensor communicates over the RS485 port using the classic AT command protocol, which is similar to the modems of the 1990s. Users send commands to the Wifi sensor using ASCII text and the sensor responds.
This sensor will make it possible to use other sensors wirelessly to communicate with your computer or you can use your computer to command the NXT from any computer in the world. The sensor is compatible with the TIR, dGPS, dFlex, dTherm, and the dPressure.

We've been called all of these things. And worse. But it really doesn't bother us because we don't care about labels.
We call ourselves INNOVATORS.
We build hardware for the Lego NXT Mindstorms system. Some of it is really cool, some a little mundane. All of it is for engineers, scientists and those aspiring to be.
