Darren Lakous Ascends To The Ranks Of Stanford Who's Who
Darren Lakous has earned the recognition of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his outstanding effort in the military.
ANDOVER, KS, November 13, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Darren Lakous has earned the recognition of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his outstanding effort in the military. As part of the Kansas Air National Guard, as well as throughout his brilliant professional career, Darren has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
The Kansas Air National Guard is the air force militia of the Kansas National Guard. It was established as a part of the Kansas National Guard in 1947 concurrent with the formation of the Department of the Air Force. The Guard's units are trained and equipped as part of the United States Air Force. The Kansas Air National Guard is organized into two groups: the 184th Intelligence Wing based at McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita and the 190th Air Refueling Wing at Forbes Field in Topeka.
Mr. Lakous is an expert in radio and satellite communication with the Kansas Air National Guard. He is involved with deploying, sustaining, troubleshooting and repairing standard radio frequency wireless, line-of-sight, beyond line-of-sight, wideband, and ground-based satellite and encryption transmission devices in a fixed and deployed environment.
