With 21 years of experience in her field, Ms. Breman Olson has worked for four years as a senior program manager for Google Inc., a multinational corporation invested in Internet search, cloud computing and advertising technologies. In her role as senior program manager, she works on engineering projects that have partner components, ensuring that all elements of each program come together properly.
Ms. Breman Olson has a proven track record of success in Silicon Valley. Previously, she worked on various emerging technologies, including Apple's System 7 file-sharing feature and Newton platform, Microsoft's WebTV device, MetaTV's platform tools, and Google TV Ads and Google TV. She attributes her achievements to her proactive nature, and takes ownership of and responsibility for every decision she makes. She became involved in her profession because of her passion for science and mathematics. In fact, she worked on robotics until she decided that software engineering would be a better fit for her skill set.
Ms. Breman Olson earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering at the University of California, San Diego in 1989. For her professional efforts, she was recently selected for inclusion in Pro-Files Magazine. In the future, Ms. Breman Olson plans to continue contributing to engineering projects at Google Inc., and intends to develop her skills and grow professionally. She is married and with two children; Zach (7) and Addison (5).
